Browsing through the columns my eyes were drawn to one name
In particular , GUY MANRIN , that cheeky troubadour hailing from
Mossley. If my memory served me right this ever young entertainer
Is always good value and never fails to put on a great show.
As if by magic Guy dressed immaculately burst onto the stage to a
warm round of applause. Right from his first song here was a man who
loves to sing. Capturing the mood of his gathered audience Guy
set his stall out to please one and all. With a range of songs that covered
all aspects and tempos, it just shows that if you have talent
you can sing anything and that’s just what Guy did. The old plates of
meat never stopped tapping. You could see by the smiles of sheer
enjoyment and loud burst of applause after each rendition that one and
all were enjoying this entertainer as much as myself.
